Fox Ridge HOA Homeowners may sign up for access to your Owner Portal to view specific files relating to your home and your account with the Association.  These include your monthly account ledger, correspondence sent to you from the Association, and more.  The fee for this service is $5.00 per month per home, levied annually for the full amount of $60.00.  This charge will be assessed to your account on January 1st of each year, and it will be your responsibility to pay this charge when paying your annual assessment fees.  Unpaid accounts will be deactivated after 30 days past due.  If you would like to enroll in this service, please contact Greg at greg@gsphillips.com or complete the below enrollment form.  Once completed, a button will be added to this page with your address indicated and you will be emailed a password to access your Owner Portal.
