Prior to making an alteration or improvement to the exterior of any home or lot within the Fox Ridge Homeowners Association, an Owner must seek architectural approval from the Board of Directors.  Architectural controls exist to ensure no Owner's alteration interrupts the pleasing and consistent exterior appearance of the community, negatively effecting the property values of surrounding homes.

In order to seek approval for a planned alteration or improvement, please complete the Architectural Request Form.  Follow the instructions on the form to submit it along with the indicated required attachments.  Once received, the request will be reviewed by the Community Manager to ensure it is not in direct violation of existing architectural guidelines, and as long as everything looks good, it will be forwarded to the Architectural Control Committee for consideration.  Once a decision is made, you will ne notified by an Architectural Decision Notice mailed to your address.  This notice is to be maintained with your files.
